Order Processing

  • All orders are processed as soon as we receive the order. (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3-14 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at an additional cost.
  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • FabLife Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at fablifebeautybus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
